Haters!

Something that has been bothering me since RG3 got drafted. I'm concern when it comes down to these so called non bias NFL analyst give there opinion on certain matters of the NFL and its players. They are constantly saying things like it wont work with Coach Shanahan, RG3 is use to a basic system in the college league, and its going to take him a couple of years to learn this system. Well they pretty much said the same thing about Cam Newton when he came in the league, and RG3 is just as talented if not better; so why such a uneven comparison. I can give you a reason in one word. Haters! Because there is no reason that RG3 can be just as good if not better. So the excuse they so called analyst are making is that RG3 doesn't have the talent around him that Cam has, which is true, because RG3 has better talent around him coming to the Redskins. When Cam came to the Panthers the only person on the team you heard about was Steve Smith. Cam came in and took the team and the NFL by storm, and making everybody look better around him. I personally think RG3 won't have to try as hard uplifting the team around him. Think about it for a minute Redskins offensive o-line did pretty good last year with all the injuries, also the Redskins went three running backs deep because of injuries also. Defense was like number 7 overall in the league last year...the ONLY problem/question mark was the quarterback position. With Rex Grossman throwing passes to the opposite team constantly, and Beck playing good when it came to talking to the media rather then on the field. It pretty much left the team in chaos. A QB is a leader, a defining character and the true face of the franchise. I think RG3 has all these traits and then some so far as you so called analyst are concern sit back as the Washington Redskins and RG3 show and prove......haters!

Quaterback Controversy?

Before getting the post on topic I would like to give my condolences to the Seau family. We lost an amazing NFL athlete, and arguable the best linebacker in Chargers history. Now lets get to the topic at hand which a lot of NFL analyst are stirring up, because the Redskins picked up Kirk Cousins. I personally think it was a excellent pick up while NFL analyst are quick to start controversy. Everybody know that a good football coach look at a player and feel that the only way to bring best out a player is for that player to have competition for that position. Mike Shanahan is that type of coach, and he preaches about bringing the best out of every individual player. Its no different then what the Cleveland Browns did by drafting another QB in the first round of this years draft, and sending a clear message to McCoy that there will be friendly competition this year for the starting QB job...so step or step down. There's no controversy in that....that's called football people wake up!

Lets get them block!

Skins already thinking protection by picking up Josh LeRibeus in the 3rd round with 71st overall pick.  The 6’2 and 311 pounder will help bring great depth and competition to the O-line position. Think it's a great move to start thinking protection on the new QB star in big D!

1st and 10!

First I would like to say HTTR(Hail to the Redskins) and I truly appreciate this opportunity to speak my mind and give my opinion and views on the latest and hottest all access NFL news and topics especially dealing with the Redskins. One thing I would like to get out the way is say I personal think that the Redskins 2nd overall pick for the 2012 draft selecting RG3(Robert Griffin III) was one of the best picks not only in this years draft but in recent franchise history. It is setting a standard and letting redskins fans and players know that the development of this organization is in mid form with youth, power , and speed as the focus. However I must say Redskins fans be patient! Good things come to people who wait, because I know I wasn’t the only fan that felt the Redskins should have did everything they could to select Sam Bradford two years ago. But now RG3 is the man probably the most athletic quarterback in football history to date. Now that I have gotten that off my chest, and trust me it’s more of that where that came from bloggers, NFL, and Redskins Fans alike stay tune to my blog because we're bout to go on a NFL Ride ....Hope you enjoy!
